– Manage assigned market and Sales team to achieve targets dent
– Maintain and build relationship with clients
– Manage all selling activities of the company in assigned areas
– Write business plans for all current and opportunity business
– Supervising, training and developing Sales staffs
– Receive and allocate target in the in-charged area.
– Follow-up, push and monitor Sales staff in target performance.
– Propose the promotion program for customer; support Dealer in order to achieve Sales target.
– Recruit, training and coaching staff in the in-charged area.
– Instruct and check staff’s compliance company’s regulation in the daily work.
– Motivate staff.
– Visit and work with Dealer in the in-charged area in order to built and keep the good relationship with Dealer.
– Negotiate and support with Dealer in the promotion program in order to achieve Sales target.
– Find the new Dealers for extend company’s operation network.
– Collect, analyze and report information about Dealer, other financial companies and motorbike companies’ activity.
– Make schedule for the periodic meeting in the in-charged area.
– Attend company’s periodic meeting.
– Follow-up and monitor the expense in the in-charged area.
