– Lead the financial management of 12 Business Units including F&B, Hospitality, Gym, Education, Health and others.
– Lead cashflow management at Group level from BUs\’ operation, working capital optimization and decision making process of capital investment.
– Coordinate with Group and BUs to execute fund raising from various channels, pre-IPO and IPO objectives.
– Lead Finance and IT departments in day-to-day operation
– Lead the discussion of BOD in decision making process of M&A and optimization via cost
efficiency improvement program including disposal
– Lead the migration of 2 ERP systems and SAP implementation

– Build & monitor the execution of annual & quarterly operating plan via monthly financial rolling forecast (Zero-Based Budgeting) to foresee full-year gaps vs target, and coordinate the plans to bridge the gaps.
– Lead the merger of 2 finance teams and implement changes throughout the finance organization to adapt VAS and international finance & accounting standard
– Lead the implementation and administration of policies relating to finance – group accounting policies, credit control policy, business expense policy, Interco policy and internal controls policy.
– Lead the benchmarking and cost optimization between 2 entities
– Lead & support the development of corporate vision, strategy & strategic priorities
– Build and manage the delivery of corporate Objectives, applying OGSM and BSC (Balance Scorecard) tools for Directors & Managers\’ KPIs
– Lead transformation project, designed by AT Kearney & set up various tools as required
– Assist the CEO on special corporate projects (e.g. new business opportunities, investment decisions) and ensure that project deliverables are met
– Lead Management Accounting team to support decision making process and company financial rolling forecast to ensure financial objectives are delivered (PDCA).
– Guide Financial Accounting team to ensure prudent and matching concepts and ensure the hygiene of balance sheet accounts.
– Participate in fund raising process and due diligent at the Group level.
